Rocketship Kids Care
Rocketship Kids Care is run by AFFINITY CHILD & FAMILY SERVICES.
We are a member of the O.S.C.A.R Network in Christchurch.
The programme is based at Wharenui School and provides daily after school care for children age 5 to 12 years.
Hours of operation are from 3pm to 6pm.
The cost of the programme is $6 per day, per child and WINZ subsidies can be applied for.
An afternoon tea of fruit or veggie snacks and sandwiches is provided. We encourage the children to initiate their own play with games, sports gear, and craft equipment. We also have optional structured games and activities.
Enrolment forms are available from the school office or from Christy in Studio 8.
A holiday programme is run in the second week of the term holidays from 9am to 3pm. The cost of this is $10 per day, per child. Holiday programme flyers are available halfway through the term from the school office or from Christy in Studio 8.
